Chinese Software maker Neusoft Corp's building at the Dalian IT park,in Dalian.Once it was a non descript port city on china's northwest coast,Dalian is now the hub of the country's booming outsourcing and IT industries with dozens of world's top high tech firms made an entry to china for their projects.
